Seller Financing
Panther Investments deals primarily in seller financing secured by real estate. As a life settlement holder, you can sell your life insurance policy for greater than the cash surrender value. If you would rather, you can choose to replace your current insurance policy with another, keeping the same face value (if desired), while reducing your monthly premiums. Another option you have would be to sell only a portion of the policy and retain the rest of the death benefit. You can even get cash for your "no cash value" life policy! You see, your policy is an assest that is worth far more than the surrender value.
